I have always been fascinated with the beauty industry,everysince I could remember it's been a natural part of me. I love the fact that I have the ability to empower women through my art. In 2005 I passed the Maryland State Board of Cosmetology and began to work in a salon as a licensed professional. While employed at the salon I still didn't feel fulfilled and began to explore other options. It wasn't until my mid twenties I began to immerse myself in the art of makeup. Over the years I have had the pleasure of doing a wide range of work from photoshoots, personal/professional portfolios, male grooming and local news anchors. It brings me much joy to wake up everyday knowing I am here to serve you. What touches me the most is how confident my clients are when they have an event to face with a face by Maritatheeartist.
